The secret life of a teenager (often abbreviated Secret Life) is a television series created by Brenda Hampton. First broadcast on ABC Family July 1, 2008. The show won the Teen Choice Award for Choice Summer TV Show in his first season, and gave birth to a book entitled The Secret Diary of Ashley Juergens.
